Attending a wedding

the commentary
This wedding had a relaxed, garden feel with festivities held on grass and a barn venue. Taylor opted for a pale blue strapless floral midi dress by Markarian ticked with subtle stripes that felt right for the evening. Besides her hair - those sweet curls! - my first thought was the styling. The overall scheme is very similar to what she wore to Jack Antonoff’s wedding in 2023. Then, she also wore a pale blue midi dress styled with these exact same Larkspur & Hawk “Sky” earrings and Cartier “Agrafe” necklace. Wedding guest dressing can be tricky, but Taylor seems to have found a formula she loves. When it works, it works! I particularly enjoyed the tonal feel of her blue earrings against her blue dress.
Both of these pieces have been in Taylor’s collection for some time (the earrings since 2021, the necklace since 2023) and she’s repeated both often. Where her accessorizing breaks away from Jack’s wedding are those Aquazzura platform sandals + the addition of her Wove Made custom “TNT” bracelet. Raffia always screams “summer” to me and the heels give a great textural addition that vibes nicely with a floral print for a spring/summer wedding. I deeply admire her ability to navigate heels that tall in outdoor terrain. What a pro!
